Our Childcare Ethics

We believe children have a natural desire to learn and our role is to guide them in making their own discoveries and to provide direction for them as they continuously broaden their understanding. We believe that we can best facilitate their learning by providing a safe, secure, stimulating, environment enhanced with a variety of “hands-on-” activities geared to meet specific developmental needs. Through these activities are all designed to bring about in children specific developmental or social advances or an increased understanding of our world, they are also designed to be attractive to children and thus take advantage of their natural desire to learn. Through their individual explorations of our carefully prepared environment, our children are given an opportunity to achieve their maximum potential in many aspects of personal growth at their own individual rates of development.
